Is what you'll get plenty of when you move into Country club - I lived here for almost five years - got through college and graduate school without getting murdered and actually bought my first home.....granted I lived in fear during the entirity. The last straw was when two female residents propositioned my husband to engage in sexual activity for $40 bucks! LMFAO right in front of me - their reasoning was that one of them had five children to feed and her husband was okay with it lol - not to mention the drugs....oh the drugs.....if your into meth/weed/crack/coke/heroin then move here - because I seriously cannot count how many times a week my fellow neighbors tried to sell to me - the rent is some of the cheapest sacramento has to offer but all the other apartment communities cringed when I told them of where I lived - its got a reputation and not a good one - pay a little more and start off somewhere else this place is horrendous.....
