I really miss this place because I didn't have to deal with any bugs or noise, and it had a new washer/dryer. I didn't have any parking, maintenance or any other problems. Safety wasn't a concern and most residents had been living there for years. The manager (forgot his name) is really nice, and accepted a few packages for me when I wasn't there. Man, I miss this place. If only the rent ($750 when I was there) was a little lower (say around $550-$599), I would've stayed forever. I hate apartment hunting.
