The management company(The Natoma Company) could find the right manager.Been here for a few years.The recent manager does nothing after hours and has rented to people who in my opinion did not really qualify.Doubt a credit or background check was ever done.In the past 6-7 months,drug use and drug dealing has gone up.Response to problems are not handled by her and maintenance issues are done ok but only if you get on them.The manager is hardly in the office during hours 8-5,M-F.Do not even go looking for her on weekends.That is a shame since these apartments are big and right for the price.A lot needs to be done so if you come to check it out make sure to ask plenty of questions and come by during evening hours to check it out.If this place gets a good manager I will repost.I do feel sorry for the next manager that comes here.The would have their job cut out if they attempt to clean it out and up.Hopefully this manager will go bye-bye in the near future.She is nice and friendly but a flake at heart.

They did change managers but it is now getting worse.One problem too many dope smokers.You can not walk anywhere around this complex without smelling pot smoke.The place is becoming a ghetto.DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPLEX AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well they fired the manager and the maintanence guy also.They have yet to assign a new manager.The maintanence guy seems nice but will tell you one thing and do another.You try talking to him and it seems just to go no where sometimes.Still do not look to move here.I will be looking to move in the next few months.Just getting tired of the run around by the Natoma Company.
