Management rude and unperfessional! Maintaince poor work, no quality! Swimming pools chemically inbalanced! AF Evans property manager Kim Wilcott does not know how to manage this property! She needs to uliminate the bad staff at Countrywood! This is a very unsafe place to live for anyone! Security Guard's are lazy and DO NOT care about the saftey of the residents! There's been several shootings, homicides, robberies, auto theft,drug arrest,and many more crimes at this location! If you go on line to Sheriff.com and look up SEX OFFENDERS 3 currently live in Countrywood for a total of 10 within 5 miles!This is one of the worst places to live in South Sac! Anyone who has children should not move here!

You forgot to mention the roaches in the apartments and the constant harrasment with taped papers from office on your door and some of them make no sense.

Colorado Springs has the worst apartment living I have ever seen. Rude young management that do not know what respect is who bother you for no reason, you have no privacy, and do not listen and let your apartments flood when they have been warned of problems. Just the worst type living and management I have ever seen. Bugs, mice and they just ruin everything you own and I think it is done on purpose because no one would allow something like this who was a professional. Do not move to Colorado Springs unless you have a home and even then I would never do it again. The weather is terrible also.
