The reviews are true. It's a great place to live except for the noisy trains. The train can be pretty loud and runs pretty much throughout the day and night. There's ample parking inside and outside the gates, so that was good. Jack and his wife was really nice as well. Apartment is a decent size. However, the company that manages the apartment complex isn't the best! They don't usually return your phone calls, don't always give you all the paperwork, they don't fix everything on the counter contract, and when you move out they will only give you a SMALL portion of your deposit back. I lived there less than a year and didn't get much back. And the place was clean and undamage! They will take out the carpet cleaning fee, fees here and there and you'll end up with less than half! Anyways, its a decent place to live because it's across from campus, good price for rent, and way better than the apartments on La Rivieria, but only if you don't want your deposit back.
