Let me start by saying that all of these reviews appear horrible and for good reason. I lived at "The Crossing" for one year. In that year the apartment changed management and everything went downhill. The new manager declines to assume responsibility for anything and is horrible at customer service. You are paying big bucks to live there and he should realize that and be a little nicer. He lost a utility check of mine and failed to take responsibility for his actions. Would not call the property management for me and told me to place a stop payment on the check and "forget about it". I hadto contact RK Properties myself and research it. Horrible service. On top of that I was promised new carpet and for one year I received nothing. My advice to you is to run and check other locations.
