Crossing At River Lake

I LOVE THE CROSSING AT RIVERLAKE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/26/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I moved into the Crossing @ RiverLake in May of 2003 right before the property was sold.There had been some change with the Maintenace Staff and the change seems to be working.My experience with the office management has always been good.The manager really cares about the property,he is accesible,takes care of issues right away and tries to make everyone happy.I have to admit I was skeptical when I saw the pond empty.Now the water is clear and it smells fresh.The ducks were cute but made alot of messes.I LOVE it here,RK Properties has put together a staff which care about the property and it's tenants.My suggestion is come to the Crossing and meet the manager and his staff.The manager can charm you into living there and staying here if you give him the chance.The maintenance is quick and competent.I read the reviews and thought if you are unhappy living there why have you been there 6 years''
