Is Mr. Avalos effective' Now you're dealing with politics. "Numbers can do anything you want. (On a scale of one to five,) you can give a manager a one on one end and a five on the other, and it averages out." At certain times I was very supportive of this manager, but at certain times I was very critical as well. It's a mistake for any tenant not to be like that. "Constructive criticism is a good thing. That's how you learn.I don't think people like the feeling of being confronted.I felt at the time - and I'm not in the thick of it at the moment - That AVALOS needed someone with a bit of vision and a sense of where the community was going and how to get there.
I was always frustrated that I didn't see that happen."He's good with people,{NO HE'S NOT!) he's involved with the community,(I DON'T THINK SO!) he's a team player,"(MAYBE IF HIS JOB IS ON THE LINE!) I like him as a person... but I think this manager job is too big for him." Because of this i choose to live elsewhere.I only ask that you see Mr.AVALOS for what he stands, before you sign a lease at the CROSSING AT RIVER LAKE!.
