I just recently moved out of the Crossing.I lived there back when Fairfield managed the property poorly.When I heard there would be a management/ownership change I thought about moving right away.I had another month on my lease and decided to stick it out.The new manager Chris Avalos was amazing.He took care of all my problems and was always approachable.I found out he left from the new"dingbat" they hired.The story was that he moved to LA and just quit.I know he fought for this property and cared about all his tenants.I have heard now after I have moved out I am one of 19 vacants.The new management is like seeing "dumb and dumber"managing the complex. I would not reccomend this property.The property is beautiful and in a great location,it has been like that for over 10 yrs.A good manager was the key,I was not willing to take the chance this time. For the rent it is way to risky now. Thanks RK for the year I had it was the best out of the 4.
