Ever since we moved to the crossing in July 04, I haven't seen any good come out of it. First, I was assigned a parking space that was way far away from my apartment and it was also assigned to someone else. My car would of been impounded if I didn't decide to go to the store for some groceries. They are so disorganized. The have lost my rent check before and I had to end up paying extra to get a stop payment on the check. Second, I've been here for nearly 7 months and I've been through 3 managers. The leasing agent Michelle is terrible. Very bad customer service! She doesn't care about the residents' problems! She just left me hanging outside the office at 5:28pm, when the office closes at 5:30 pm because she says it's time for her to go home. She says to come back on Monday when the manager is here. I needed to discuss a serious issue with her but she didn't care. This place has very poor management and that is why we're moving out when our lease is up which is coming up in a week. Yay! Can't wait to leave this horrible place!
