Poor management

The interior of the apartments are pretty nice, but our big issue is with management. Calls have not been returned, maintenance service requests have been ignored, and verbal agreements were not honored (very scary). If you are set on moving in...We strongly suggest you get EVERYTHING in writing before moving in. For example, if you were promised an apartment on the 2nd floor, or if promised that the carpets would be changed, or if promised a garage, or if promised a particular move-in date, get that all in writing!
