I have been here at the Crossing for about 7 months now and enjoyed it greatly. I have expierenced some horrid management crews in my renting days, and I must say, this place is the best expierence by far. The maintanence crew is very quick and knowledgeable. The grounds are always kept to a high standard to match the beauty of the Riverpark community. I must say one thing that I like the most about the grounds crew is they do not wake me up too early! My last complex mowed the lawn outside my window at 7:30am in Saturday.

A lot of the complaints I have read on here are about parking for guests. Yes, gated guest parking is slim; however, one must realize this keeps traffic down. Also, areas that could've been used for additional parking are instead used for garages, an ammenity that you do not find at many places.
Another issue people are complaining about is trash disposal. Depending on where you unit is, the trash cans might be a short walk (luckily not from mine), however people need to realize that if more cans were in place or put up close there would be an odor and residents would hear the trucks in the morning that pickup the trash.

The complex is well shaded and very quiet. The majority of the tenants here are working class and retired. I have never seen or heard any problems with a party here.

I hope my review can help you decide in your moving decision. Make sure you pay attention to the dates in which peopole post their complaints and always view it for yourself!
