I've lived here ten months and the place has it's fourth manager. But then I've rented most of my life and I've seen lots of apartment managers come and go.

The grounds are very nice. It is like living in a park. It is very quiet. I can barely tell I have neighbors. The place is gated and I'm unaware of any crime or break-ins. The apartments are nice and spacious and are faily well maintained.

The only drawback is limited parking. May space is very far away from my unit, and what few guest spaces there are are always filled evenings and weekends.
