My husband and I have been here about 4 months and love it....the parking is great and I like that when I have family coming over they can park out on the street right by our place; not all that noisy our neighbor upstairs walks hard but its not a real problem, the grounds are beautiful just wish we had a few bushes in front of our window, safety looks good lots of lighting and I feel safe at night, construction looks good can get a little humid inside when using the washer and dryer but it stays a nice temp inside the apartment; maintenance is okay though they didn't do a few things to our place when we moved in but hoping if something serious comes up they will be there; the staff is very friendly and I like Cynthia alot. Overall, I would recommend it
