I have lived in three different units at Date Tree. I enjoy the manager very much. She lives here and watches for any trouble. I have only had one issue but I left the car unlocked. The manager gives reminders to keep car locked and is very concerned with everyone's welfare. She greets you by name. I enjoy living here. Since I have been here there has been only one manager and she is wonderful. I think it is worth the rent to live here.
