We have continued to live here because it is close to our sons school & the rent rate is good. Questionable tenants live in some units, grounds have more and more debris every day. Nasty things are written in the childrens playground area & there are actual holes in the equipment - not safe for the little ones! Quality of tenants has decreased severely. There are break-ins now, drunk drivers that hit cars on Mossy Bank & the Police are called to regulate some domestic dispute daily. We play at a near by park and don't use any of the amenties on the ground. During the summer they had tenants throwing BBQ pits and ashtrays in the pool. Be proactive and get cameras to monitor the area and protect the tenants or increase security. They have let this property go down hill. The most recent notice on our door was regarding a rape on the grounds. Yikes!

Me too! I know how this person feels...especially the police being called. You hear the police chopper overhead at least 4 times a week with its lights on the apartments and then you hear the sirens coming to the complex. Glad to be in a safe, cool neighborhood now.
