Great price for large apartment BUT apartment is dated, carpet needs replacing, and appliances are old. Neighborhood has gone downhill in recent months and tenants don't seem to take pride in where they live (i.e. littering, lack of care of community propery, etc). If this doesn't bother you, then price is worth it.
Very, very convenient location near schools, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, I-5 and I-80.

I moved out of this place in March and it was the best decision I made. I was there just shy of 3 years and the place did go down hill the last year I was there. Management doesn't care about how bad it is there...gunshots, breakins to the apartments, people setting apartments on fire, drugs, you name it. Price is good for the size of the apartment. False facade...looks good at first glance but you'll regret it if you move there. Was good at one time.
