We recently had a problem with an overflowing kitchen sink. Not a major issue if you don't count 5 gallons of water coming out of both sinks onto our floor along with all the food from the garbage disposal. My wife and I have been here a little over four years and we were promised all types of goodies after we moved in; such as a new refrigerator, new stove and new dishwasher. Sounds great huh' Well since then, they still have not delivered a stove or dishwasher. Our refrigerator was replaced only after the old 1980 model died. Then our food went bad because it took approximately fours days later before it arrived and installed. This is just one example of poor management which seems to change every other month. This includes their maintenance personnel who have the worst on-call manner. We called for emergency maintenance at 8pm to come take a look at our sink and as of 9pm; we've received one very rude phone call and no one has shown up yet. If you want peace of mind, either drink plenty of alcohol or just don't move in to this rat-trap.
