Decent apartment, nice interior and carpeting. Weird neighbors and some really nice ones. My mail was stolen once from my little mailbox. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors doing things you don't want to hear. I wouldn't want to live here forever but for my schooling and work that is temporarily in Sacramento it has been just fine for me. I like the patios in the front of the apartments. The pool is very nice as well.
