Overall, an ok place to live, if you can tolerate its shortcomings. New management is shady at best and tends to blame the previous (excellent) manager for everything. Maintenance is nonexistent, with the sole exception being the groundskeepers, as the landscaping is beautiful. Termites, spiders, and hornets are a problem. Be ready to clean black mold off window sills regularly. Laundry facilities are in constant disrepair. Parking is very limited, only one space is provided, so if you have 2 cars, you must park one on the street. The neighborhood is getting shadier by the month, although the guards are patrolling more now. New neighbors are loud, inconsiderate, and management advises to call the police instead of enforcing the rules. My car has been broken into and the radio stolen.
