I moved into El Camino Patio Apartments on El Camino Ave. back in March 2005 and absolutely LOVE it. It is a relatively small apartment complex (it only has about 65 units) and my neighbors are very courteous and respectful which is a rarity in the Sacramento area. There is mostly older families and a lot of seniors that live here that make it even safer. The rent is also very inexpensive; when I moved here back in March 2005 the rent was only $695 for a 2-bed, 1-bath and in May 2008, I only pay $745 which isn't bad at all for my wife and our dog. The apartment is also very spacious and it comes with a LARGE walk-in closet in the master bedroom as well as ceiling fans throughout both bedrooms and the dining area. There is also a lot of storage space as well as big windows in the living area. I live on the bottom floor and the patio is HUGE which gives us plenty of space to have barbecues, get-togethers, and room for our dog to run around and play. What I also like about it is that its only a 5-minute walk to the Wal-Mart which is only 2 blocks away. Not to mention its close to bus lines and is surrounded by residential homes everywhere. The management is very respectful and when I had a leaky faucet in my kitchen, the maintenance guy came within 30 minutes! I would recommend this place to everyone who wants a high class of living at an affordable price. Keep up the good work El Camino Patio!
