The person who answered barely spoke English. I asked the price, what floor the apt was on and which direction the windows faced. She said I was asking too many questions. She said there was no one else I could speak with. I asked her for the owner's information and she said she was the owner, which I doubt. I'd been passing by this place for a few months and talking to people I see coming and going. It seems such a charming and convenient location and when people told me they were only paying 650. a month, I figured it was too good to be true. So, I suppose I was right, if it's run by someone like this who won't even answer questions. Unbelievable. If I were the owner, I'd be livid. I can only imagine what it would be like to deal with this person re: repairs, etc. I am going to do a title search and find out who owns this place and let them know what's up.
