I am moving after six months because my water has never been anything but luke warm. For two weeks I did not recieve hot water, and there was never an attempt to compensate or even an apologize. The office manager was very rude when I ask when the hot water would return. Also the kitchen is very small and the bathroom was dirty when my roomate moved in.
