Um....if something breaks don't rely on Emerald place staff to get it fixed. YOu'll wait a week or if they do try to fix it you will have to call them back 3 or 4 times to fix it again. Then, when they do have to return for a third or fourth time they will insist it still works, or it is broken because of somehting "you, as a renter" is doing wrong.

There are favorite renters at the complex and some people get special treatment because they are the manager: ----------- friend. I have seen it personally.

The staff doesn't dress like they should be. They sure do show a lot of cleavage. They wear umprofessional material to work.

There are always friends in the office. I feel like when I go in, they talk about me when I leave.

Very unprofessional place. Fake people and not a good place.

The gate is always broken and parking sucks.

I AGREE! ----- was a friend of my roommate and she's really great that time! special treatment and my friend was even allowed to park car in staff space. Then my roommate left, and she's back to being mean. Doesn't smile, has friends constantly in her office. Even when I came, they kept on talking. One guy even had his feet up the table. I also felt that they talk behind my back once I left the office. Unhelpful, unprofessional staff!

Completely agree. ----- sucks and so do all of her lame friends. COMPLETELY unprofessional and not helpful in anyway! They are never there when they say they will be. Just horrible.

As others have said, we agree as well. ----- and her friends are unapproachable as "supposed" management staff. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and very unkept for it being a proper business. The mal staff hits on the women (I personally experiencing it).
