The grounds of Emerald Place are great, and I enjoyed living there for the most part. HOWEVER....My car was broken into twice while I lived there. My downstairs neighbor used to CRANK his stereo day and night. Emerald Place has NO NUMBER TO CALL AFTER HOURS. All I could do was repeatedly call the police. And, YOU WILL END UP IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT!!! Trust me. I had my apartment professionally cleaned before I moved, and they kept money to have it professionally cleaned! They hide the ownership so you can't serve them. Here's what you do....have the Sac County sheriff serve the management onsight office, since legally they have to give an owners address and they won't. Also, they denied taking a $300 cat deposit from me, but I later onj proved it. Because of that BS, I cannot recommend the place.
