I have been having problems since I moved in. within a month, we had lost hot water to about a hundred units for four days over the Thanksgiving holiday, the front security gate was down for over two weeks and we were not notified when they decided to take the Sattleite Dishes that well over a dozen people had installed. Additionally, be carefull if you are even one day past the first, because they have posted nasty pay or quit notices as early as the 2nd and 3rd of the month.

Also, the management in the complexes seem to come and go as they please. Every afternoon beyond the posted lunch hour they are gone. To be fair, the grounds are not too bad and it is relatively quiet, but there is a trade off. The management only appear friendly untill you have a problem that requires attention.
