I have lived at emerald place for almost a year.. I love it here, the office is really nice to me.. They get back to me quickly as well to my maintance calls.. They put all new stuff in my apt right before I moved in.. Applying and being accepted and getting all the paperwork filled out didn't take long at all.. Parking and laundry rooms are close to your complex.. I don't hear any noise, except for a couple occasions of the lawn people in the mornings and some sirons going by on the road.. Overall I really enjoy this place, I have had no problems with my car or with my apt..
