No ground maintenance, dirty, noisy and the management is notoriously mean and careless - they treat tenants like homeless or poor people. Over 30 days after moved out, still haven't got any deposit back!!! called many times, still waiting...

I totally agree with Lester, I have lived here for about 4 yrs now, this is not the worst place to live, trust me, it's really convenient it's close to shops, really close to public transport, their are multiple schools close by to choose from, for your kids if you have any, and we are also close to CSUS, what more could you ask for, The maintenance crew and the management here are really nice and friendly and very helpful. have a great day

I have lived here for three years and I well know that the ground crew here does a verygood job, they cut, trim, edge and blow the landscape everymonday the grounds are verywell kept the grounds are not dirty as some people would have you beleive.Emerald appartments are not noisy appartments it is very peaceful here for a fulton ave complex.Mary and slavica are a very hard working management team and they treat there residents like family that is there personality.Sometimes people get upset with management and they want orthers to be upset with them.My three years of living here has been clean decent and possitive.
