i've been here for a while and things really used to suck, and i was about to move. Then not too long ago, maybe a year i forget, this new management company came in. Forgot their name too. BUT. They've made alot of changes here that have turned this place around. I like the fact now i dont have to go to blockbuster anymore, they have a DVD renting thing here. Computers in the office people can use. And their maintenance is freaking awsome, they get things done fast. The thing i dont like about the place is that the Landscaping people suck ass. The do half ass jobs and dont finish anything. But the people in the office are nice. The thing i like about them is that they dont take sides, if someones late on their rent. Oh Well. you need to pay a late fee, they dont bend the rules for ANYONE....even me (trust me, i've tried) But yeah, this place is good, and seems to be getting better by the day. Good place in my opinion.
