The Enclave staff are horrible. If you ask for even the most basic service for example: My air conditioner is leaking water all over the floor they will tell you they will send someone over right away. Three weeks later someone may show up and will try to duct tape it back together instead of replace it. There are serious mold problems in my unit, broken electrical connections, graffiti outside and no lights in the parking lot.There are constantly police cars in the parking lot taking probation violators back to jail, drug busts and gangfights. Overall I would give enclave a 1 out of 10. Do not move here unless you want to run the risk of being murdered in the parking lot, laundry room or possibly your own apartment.
