I lived here for six months and it was not that bad. There was a lot of children but never damaged anything that was mine, except the plants outside. Whenever I had a problem they came and fixed it. I got most of my deposit back! There was plenty of parking. No roaches in my apartment, I think I only saw ONE roach and it was small, it died. No BUGS inside my apartment. The light switches were weird, very confusing but they worked. The water in the shower would switch from warm to cold all of a sudden. Never bother to let them know tho. I lived on the second floor not too far from the office. The cops did show up a couple of times. Never knew what was going on. The closer you are to the office the better, I think. There is a lot of Latino and ------- American families. The maintenance people were the best! I dont know about the people in the office, one of them likes to know everything about your life. Don't get too friendly. I moved from Enclave because I got a job in another city. It was not because of the people or apartment.
