Fair Lake Apartments

This Place is a NONONONO!!, And looks CAN and Will be Decieving!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/12/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I have lived here at Fairlake apartments for a couple of months and already cannot wait to get out of my lease. The staff is very polite in the beginning, but are rarley available for you to speak with, nor do they respond very quickly to your needs. I moved here because I thought that it was quiet. Wrong! Fairlake is so noisy. In the morning at 6, 7, and 8 there are weedwackers blowing into your windows, and the water sprinklers are even louder. There are people all day blasting music. When it rains you cant park, because it floods, the front gates never work at night, when your supposed to be secure. Second the place is so highly priced, that its crazy. 825.00-850.00 for a 2bd, and one bath, that isint even what I looked at the day that I moved in. For all of that you dont even get a washer and dryer in your unit, and they make you pay extra for you to wash your clothes with this little card that you have to pay $3 just to get!!! They wont work with you regarding your lease or anything, thats the craziest thing I had ever heard, so its like your stuck. The only thing you pay for is a pool and tennis court. Believe me, this is not a place thats ideal, I thought it was in the beginning, but I was proven so very very wrong. Would not suggest this place to anyone.
