We've lived here for 2 years and can't wait for our lease to be up next month. First of all the staff is not helpful. They take forever to do work orders, even if they are emergencies. We were plagued by ants and spiders, and it took them 2 weeks and numerous phone calls to finally send someone out who did a shotty job. They also raised our rent without giving any notice at all, so when we gave them a check for what we always paid, a week later we get a notice saying pay more money, and a late fee. Don't bother complaining about noise, they don't care. Being downstairs sucks because you can hear EVERYTHING amplified though the paper thin walls. It feels like the ceiling will come down on you. Mystery stains appeared on the carpet the day after we moved in. Noisy inconsiderate neighbors, leafblowers and lawnmowers at 6 am next to your window, late night parties, overflowing trash bins with homeless people digging though, ant problems like NOTHING else, crappy construction.
