When first seeing Fairlake, I was so excited to move in. They have a huge gym and pool area, and tennis courts too. It was not until I actually moved in before I realized that the apartments are not as great as they seemed. First, 85% of the residents are colleged aged, 75% of those college students seem as though they don't go to class or to work because they are partying every night of the week. The noise here is horrible and the parking is ridiculous (I have a parking permit and I still can't find parking)! The management does not know what they are doing, besides showing their clevage to sell apartments. Maintanance is lazy, only halfway fixing things! I even had 3 peeping tom instances, which in itself makes me pray for the day for my lease to end. What more can I say, TERRIBLE...stay away!

I am a current resident of Fairlake apts. I am so far beyond unhappy here. We were led to beleive that this was a family community and it seemed to be quiet. There have been parties every weekend in the two units above mine and trash has been thrown down on both of my patio's from the apts. above me. Had I known it was like this before moving in, I would have gone somewhere else.
