The office staff is arrogant and patronizing. Reporting a problem or asking a question puts them on the defensive and brings out excuses and lies. Some include "We don't have to give you 24 hour notice to enter, we can go in at any time without any reason or notice" Wow. illegal. Reporting a large and long existing water leak bubbling from the street brought the answer "That's just sprinkler run off" .. I've discovered 4 people who reported the same thing and all were told they were wrong.. there was no leak. Well, the "Leak" has now been marked off in paint in the street for repair. .. 2 months later. At the same time, they are now charging for water - without having individual water meters. So 1 studio apt. pays the same as 5 college roomies - they just divide by # of people on the lease! 1 single adult with 5 kids also pays no more than the single person. Noise is horrible, crime is observable, but the office denies all of it. New owners have brought even more rules, more cost, less grace time for rent, and no improvements. We're so out of here! The arrogance and deception of office staff have become the final straw for way too many tenants.
