They will trick you into moving into their apartments. I swear I put this on my mom. They said that they had a special, but actually, they simply say that you have to pay for water and other stupid expenses. Therefore, you only paid what you would have paid in the first place. I've done the math and it adds up. My roomates and I thought that it would be cheaper to live here, but we found that we ended up paying more than we did at the other place. Do not fall into their nicely decorated office, gym, or pool either. Also don't be fooled by their Barby-Doll looking staff. They'll trick you with their fake smiles. If I could put a sign that says "BEWARE OF THIS APARTMENT" on the entrance, I would do it. And lastly, this water policy thing is so stupid. What kind of place have the tenants pay for water' I've spoke to many apartment owners and they found it to be rediculous. The policy is: you pay for the amount of water you use, plus the amount of people who live in the apartment! So if your roomate goes off to spring break vacation for a week, you both will still end up paying for water just because your roomate has his name on the lease. This makes me want to use the gym shower instead of my home shower. Ok, now the place isn't too old, but it's old enough to where the price doesn't fit. Please consider other places. The negative reviews about this place is true...all of them. If you want the quiet type of environment, do not live here. Trust me on this one.
