Well I lived in Fair Lake for two years. If they were smart they would market it as a college apartment complex (there is no shame it that, many students are looking for a place like that). But they don't they try to pretend that they are a family orienented place. It is loud on the weekends, every weekend. Large parties, that won't end! They try to break them up with security, but they are a joke! I had a security officer ask if I had week to smoke him out with! I had my car broken into three or four times, I quit counting. It is expensive and the maintenance crew sucks. I had my AC go out at the beginning of summer and I had to stew for three months in 110 degree temperature until they finally came to fix it. I called five seperate times and when they finally came out to fix it it was a 20 minute fix job! I had to wait three months for a 20 minute job! But the parties were off the chain! I can't complain about the noice because I was one who helped create it.

Yes VERY LOUD. People shout, swear and talk loudly in the courtyard as if they're the only people in the whole apartment complex. They're actually having an outdoor party! Ya, maintenance is very unresponsive... They're not professional either.
