I have lived here for a year, and am moving out come August. The rent is way too much for what you get, plus you have to pay water/sewer/garbage which is expensive as well. I have looked at places that are $120 cheaper and 200 sq. ft. bigger! And only 4 miles away! Do not be fooled, Fair Lake is not worth the money and they are ceratinly not resort style apartments!
