this place is horrible.. nothing ever works.. laundry rooms, weight room equpmient, sinks, showers, garbage disposals, sometimes the ELECTRIC stove would catch fire at random!!! the management hits ou with hidden charges and wont explain or notify you of them.. the manager is a drug addict who makes you pay money with no rationalization at all and always threatens with eviction..parking is horrible... cant have a guest over without getting towed.. the security can stop some partying but cant keep enough watch to make sure cars arent broken into.. (my car was broken into and vandalized twice..) my roomate had his car towed even though he had a parking pass and still had to pay for someone elses mistake.. cable never works and other residents say the same.. had to have comcast come out 3 different times.. management ladies look straight out of a porn movie.. dont get sucked in like we did.. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
