loud and annoying people!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
i'm a resident here at fairlake and cant wait till my lease is over. The people bump their music 24 hours a day on full blast. call security and nothing happens. my car has been broken into twice already when their is security on the property. question: where were they' horrible management, horrible maintence, horrible everything. absolutley NO!
