Seriously this place is horrible. Ever since the new management took over in January this place has went to pot! The management team is bad, don't believe that person below me, i know who she is and she works in the office and she is a huge b@#%t! They are snotty and rude. Never will return your calls. You call and ask them a question and they never know the answer. They have to put you on hold and run and ask the stupid apartment manager (who has never picked up a phone in her life)! They are just down right stupid. Mat. team is horrible. I actually witnessed two of them trying to run a little down dog in a golf cart!!!!!!!!!! They thought it was funny! Not funny. I had the SPCA down here in a heart beat. Your requests will never be answered. There was a meth lab bust below is at the beginning of the year. When they give you a apartment rate you have to add $70-120 for you water, hot water energy, sewer, and trash bill. The "gate community" means nothing. They just leave the front gate open all the time! The other gates they chain them so you can't use them. The plumbing sucks. Seriously you ask for a shower and you get a bath. Hot water can be hard to get. And this place is effing noisy. There is a party every weekend. I would advise you to look else where. Far far away!
