I moved here about 1 year ago and at first it was rocky, but they changed management and now thing have been great. The new manager ------- is wonderful and her staff really work hard on getting things taken care of in a timley manner. Also we have secuirty 7 days a week and they are great. I have only had to call them a couple of times for loud music and they have responded very quick and took care of it really fast. I really feel safe here with them here. I ahve never had security take care of things the way they do. Of course like all apartments there will be problems but that is to be expected. I really like it here and will stay for a long time because of the new management and the secuirty. If you want to feel safe living here is what you are looking for

You must be on staff here at the complex cause no tenant would say things like that. The maintenance has been substandard at best, the ONLY one in the office that does ANYTHING in the office is Torrance, the security has always been a joke, and lets not mention the fact that they lock the back gate in unlawfull. The piss poor excuse they give for locking it is a freakin joke and would not fly with the housing authority.

I agree, must be staff. There is never security 7 days a week. Gates are always wide open and noise complaints, FORGET IT. glad the staff has time to write these amazing reviews, I have been complaing about my AC for months

Maybe not everyone has the same experiences as you guys. My living here has been decent...Nothing to complain about...nothing to write home about...just Sacramento living
