This is a big complex, but its decent. Face it, this isnt the nicest part of town...but I think Fairlake is the nicest complex around here. There are parties on the weekend, but security takes care of it if you take the time to call. Maintenance doesnt come out in 24 hrs like they say they do, but it usually gets taken care of in a week. Staff is nice enough...people on here talk about their cars getting broken in to...my husband and I have lived here for 2.5 yrs on 2 different sides of the property and have never had our car broken in to. I have referred people to live here and will continue to do so.

just because your car never has gotten broken into doesnt mean it doesnt happen to other folks, some sides of the apartments are better but overall it is bad and unsafe and thats a fact if you don't believe me consult the police department they will be glad to tell you and the staff is very rude they might be nice when you move in, but they are rude i would not recommend anybody to move into these apartments they are nasty

I agree with this review. Given the size, area, and age of this place, the staff does a great job. Granted...not everyone has the same opinion, but people need to understand that every experience is different. Im sure if residents that enjoyed it took the time to review their numbers would be much better...but the reality of it is that people are going to tell a negative experience before they tell a positive one. For the people who lived here years ago..Dont you think its time you moved on? Complain about something else...soooo many things could have changed at this place, who are you to pass judgement when you dont even live here? I have only been here for a year, but my time here has been great.

I can't for the life of me understand this review. You say that it's "decent", "isnt the nicest part of town", "there are parites on the weekend", and that "maintenance doesnt come out in 24 hrs like they say they do". So, I guess what I am confused about is why you gave it a 5.0 rating? It seems to me that you are saying everything about this place is average at best, so why not give it a matching rating? THINK PEOPLE, if THIS is a 5.0 rating, can you imagine what Fairlake's score should REALLY be.

its only been 3 months since i left fairlake, and when i left it jsut as bad as it always had been... i don't think their rating would be any better if more people reviewed, because i know that everyone in the general vicinity of where my apartment was, hated it there... so. i don't need to "move on" i just want to do what i can to help someone not move to fairlake....
