I have always read these reviews, but never took the time to post. All I can say is that the whining and bitching on here is ridiculous. You people moved to the CITY...the middle of freaking Sacramento next to a college and you are complaining about having your car broken in to and noise. This is CITY life. Move to EDH or Folsom if its too much for you. This is definately the best complex in the area...and as long as you are following the rules the staff is great. If you want to keep complaining...do us all a favor and take your bitching elsewhere.

Apparently you are not familiar with the first ammendment rights that were made available to people of America my friend. I have lived here for 4 years as well and can tell you that this is the worst management we have had come through here. The girls in the office don't listen to residents, they give maintenance the wrong apt. #'s to go fix things, yes we are in the middle of the city so we do have to expect that cars will be broken into, and as far as the partying that goes on, these overgrown children should know that the noise gets turned down by 10 p.m. If they don't turn it down, they deserve to have the sherriff called on them for disturbance of the peace. It is not my problem if the sherriff goes to knock on their door more than once, they get a ticket, or get arrested. They should have learned their lesson.

can you honestly put a review on here and say that the parking is great? everyone knows you can't ever find a spot... and can you honestly say it is safe? my apartment was broken into... not my car... my apartment... and i am well aware of the fact that its the city... in fact i have lived in cities much bigger, and much more "unsafe" ... but funny- i felt safer than i ever did at fairlake... we have a right to -----, and really- look through all the reviews.. it says something when so many of them are negative- and tell me that doesn't say anything...

yea this persons opinoin saying this place is great is a lie its probably someone in the office saying its good. Seriously there are much better apartments in sac and fairlake is full of shyt parking is really bad it isnt safe at all there are a lot of crack heads also call the police department and check for yourself because i actually talked to the police dept and they said that apt complex is bad a lot of crime drugs and noise, not good so disregard the person saying this place is awesome because it is a nightmare on elm street straight up no lie, i moved out of there fast.

I think this review is great. Its about time someone has something positive to say. I have NEVER had a parking problem. I have lived in the 600's building and the 200's building, maybe I got lucky but I have had a nice experience here.

I personally love this review, not because it is right, but because of the sheer stupidity of it. There are plenty of apartments all around Fairlake with higher ratings, BETTER PRICING, and people's cars are not broken into. They live in the same city as we do RIGHT? The city should not be a scapegoat for the poor management, and absent security. If it were really the "city's" fault then it would be equally as terrible around Fairlake, but it's not in most cases.

I am sure it is great if you are on crack - you can find that anywhere in Fairlake. Anything you want - you got it! We had the crack and coke dealers on the right and the pot and hookers on the left. The glow-in-the-dark condoms on the sidewalk served as nice walk way lighting and I had free reading material delivered every morning in the form of stripper bar advertisements on the car. Some of my fondest memories were of the drug raids and the toxic water that leaked from the crack house above us into my kids' bedroom. If you are not a member of the management team, then I feel very sorry for you. It is very sad that you actually think this is a 5 star facility. Wow! There are MANY MUCH BETTER apartments in the area - e.g. vineyards and fountains. Then again, maybe you were paid to give this review and if that is the case - I get it - its all about the Benjamins. -Ted & Jeana-
