Soo, I can start by the mold in the bathrooms from poor ventilation. Which fairlake insisted they'd come and fix it then some tweeker maintence man comes over who says just clean it with bleach. It never came out. Then the man upstairs shoots himself to death and theres a bloody mess murder scene upstairs. Then I have a molester living next door, check megans law before you move something. he's my neighbor by the way. then the deposit. Do not plan on getting your deposit back. And then my car getting stolen, nd my car getting vandalized two days after I get a new one. The maintence people suck incredibly, and the carpets are washed before you move inand then about two months later all these stains start showing up that arent yours because they were covered and cleaned and showed up after the fact. Then people painting over dirty wall before you move in so it looks all nice and pretty for you. And then they show you this really nice and clean apartment to get you to move in and from the day you move in hell begins to take its place. Just pleeeease trust me. You get what you pay for, do not move in this complex. The pool taste like pee, the hot tub is always over crowded at night. the manager gets wasted with his under age girlfriend. the ofice lady amy is always drinking in the pool, trying to hide her beers. Itsss a college mess. DRAMAAAAAAA. Dont expect anything less than hell. DONT DO IT> OHHand be sure to get ----ed on your hidden utility bill they make you pay for. Look out for little writting when you sign paperwork. Ohh yea and I got stains on two whole loads of my laundry, and fairlake did nothing. it was from someones greesy clothes.
