Keep looking for apartments Fairlake is a bad experiance to live in i lived there for 3 months and i was pretty happy to get deployed and get the heck out of there! Let me start by the first month i lived there my truck was towed away twice! right from my assigned parking spot with my visible and taped to my windshield parking permit! I woke up that morning to find out my truck was gone i called the sacramento police dept. to report it stolen they told me they could not do anything because it happen in private property im not joking! i went to Fairlake Apts office and they told me that my truck was problably "towed away" and gave me a number i called and there was my truck the towing company told me that they dont know the reason the why they impounded my truck they just received a call from the Fairlake "staff" to tow the vehicle for failure to display parking permit in which i disputed with them but it went nowhere well it came down to a fee of $240 to get my truck back well about 3 weeks later around xmas time it happened again another $240 dollars out my pocket for nonsense i though i had to apply crazy glue to the sticker and my windshield to secure that permit!! Unless you are ready for headaches and displeasures rent from here if not keep away from this complex!! There othere places in the Arden area for the same price but with better service!!!
