This place is a joke!! Since moving into our apartment we have had SEVERAL bad experiences.Heres a list of EVERYTHING that has happened in just 8 months!!
1) our ceiling fan in the kitchen fell down and it took about 2 days to get replaced
2) our cabinets don't close and when they "fixed" them they remained the same
3) water/sewage/trash is outrageously high about 105 for two people!
4) 24 hr maint. and security'''
5) paper tin walls...i can hear both my neighbors doing "it" in the middle of the night
6) water leaked into our downstairs neighbors and it took 2 days to fix
7) our bathroom sink is ALWAYS clogged and they never seem to be able to fix it
8) when we moved in the master bedroom door had a huge hole (previous owner punched the door) and it took about a week to fix
9) worst paint job ever
10) carpet was given to us dirty
11) mold was growing in my closet and all maintenance did was spray white paint over it didn't even clean it up
12) Gated Community'' Gates dont work half the time
13) Laundry rooms are dirty and never cleaned
14) and the final WORST thing ever they broke into our apartment and robbed us poor!!! and they wont let us get out of our lease one month early!!

you can get out threaten to sue and go to the authorities say you do not feel safe they cant hold you and they have to give back your deposit.
