I have lived here for over a year now, and I really like it. I don't know why all the ratings on here are so horrible. Unless I'm missing something, I think this place is pretty cool. I get my maintenance issues resolved in a timely manner and the office staff members are so sweet. The only thing that is annoying is the water bill- which is usually super high- but my rent is so low that it makes up for it. Overall, I think this place is great, better than other apartments I've lived at. I will probably stay here until I finish school.

I agree with this review, I enjoy living here. Worries me a little that there are so many issues on here...but most people only tend to give an opinion when its negative. Nice to see a fellow happy neighbor. For those that are unhappy...good luck to you, I hope your problems get resolved.

That's hilarious, I don't work in the office. And I love hypocrisy when I see it! What the hell were you doing on a rainy Sunday afternoon??? You know, seems to me like you have anger issues. Maybe you should get help for that. I'm glad you are taking your anger out on this site. I'll pray for the safety of those around you and I'll pray that you get some class. Have a good day...and stay calm, everything will work out.

What was I doning on a rainy sunday afternoon? Wouldn't you like to know. Don't give advise to a person that you don't know. You are in no position to tell people that they need any sort of help for any type of issues. You want to pray?? Pray that you can stop advising people on what they should do. You are not worth the dirt on my shoe.
