I have lived here for almost a year. I put chairs in front of my doors at night because of all the ghetto birds and police I don t feel safe. In addition the staff is never helpful. They barely know how to answer the phone. Security is NEVER here, I have seen them once. I have a very clean apartment with very nice furniture, while my neighbors place smells like animal piss. The ppl who live here are nice but they accept anyone, hence the reason the CSI was here yesterday and the cops are here daily. And the majority of ppl here are NOT students! It is not safe for a lady to live here alone or even walk to her car at night. The pool and gym are nice when they are working the treadmills never work and the tvs are broken. Plus the rent may be cheap but then they make you pay for the community water bill so it does not even matter if you save money. I got a notice because I have a bike! In addition they dont recycle. They close the office early so you can never get help when you need it and my friend that moved out repainted her own place and they still charged her for painting. Do not consider this place I really wish I did not move here and will move in July. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Ive never seen the treadmills not working? Been here 12 years...And Ive never not been able to get ahold of the staff. You should report your neighbor...and I have to agree that the police are here alot. Not sure if its actually from the complex or Bell st trash. I would recommend this apt...but not for a single lady to live downstairs.

I've been here for almost six months. I do agree the waterbill sucks. I got charged for a patio notice and was pretty pissed at first, so I went to get a copy of my lease and had one of those girls in the front explain to me the patio notice. So far as I know, you're not suppose to paint your apartment anyway, the patio rules is in there, and water bill. The treadmills work for me and when I call the office they always answer & they are actually pretty nice since the time I moved in here. The ghetto folks, well it's Arden not Beverly Hills. Personally, I may not agree with some of their rules, but I like it here. I actually recommended one of my friends here and they never had any issues.

I agree that the apartment is not safe. I had to call the cops the otherday. Also my neighbor has so many people in his apartment it is so loud because the floors and walls are very thin. I also agree that most people that live here are families, low income, with children that run around all the time. I also got a notice about having somthing on my patio, although nothing was there, but they ended up not charging me. The girl in the office is really nice so ask to speak to her if you do need anything. This is not the best place in sacramento, but it is not the worst. Just be careful.
