This is my first time checking out apartment ratings and whoa! I didnt know people had this much issue with their apartment because I never had problems in mine. I guess angry people have to vent out somewhere, right' My solution to all these issues, if you don't like it, buy a house! I've had worse management experience when I lived in midtown. I've recently just moved in a couple of months ago and so far, everyone's nice including my neighbors and the office people. I use to have to wait for my landlord to respond to my work orders for almost 2 weeks in midtown and here, they do it in less than 2 days. I'm content and satisfied with my apartment. I think everyone has their own issues and diverse experiences with apartments because I do.
